Job Description:

Emerge is actively recruiting for a Customer Success Manager in Buffalo, New York. Our client is a global manufacturing company that specializes in the production of medical devices. The Customer Success Manager Manager is primarily responsible for managing the Customer Success team, as well as achieving established performance metrics and targets. The Customer Success Manager works collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service and Operations to provide the companies customers with an industry leading experience. The Customer Success Manager is also responsible for the long-term vision of the Customer Service function and Customer Service Team. Job Duties for the Customer Success Manager in Buffalo, NY:

  • • Leads C/S Team and works with Team members to provide customers with industry leading customer experience
    • Builds effective working relationships with all parts of the organization
    • Evaluates and resolves complex customer complaints/problems
    • Partners with production to manage current pipeline of orders for best customer outcomes
    • Works with C/S Team members to develop and assist their career fulfillment goals
    • Identifies, recommends and administers policies and procedures to ensure overall efficiency and productivity
    • Ensures prompt and accurate updates to customers on orders
    • Prepares and presents verbal, written, and other operational, analytical and statistical reports, as requested
    • Performs other related duties as required

Job Requirements for the Customer Success Manager in Buffalo, NY:

  • Background in customer service is necessary
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and technologies, competitive products, and industry trends
  • Build and maintain relationships at the C and VP levels of the defined target customers
