Job Description:

Overview

Emerge is a fast-growing business services enterprise firm
headquartered in Rochester, NY.
  We are
seeking highly motivated representatives who have strong customer service
skills.
  Customer Success Representatives
interface with customers via outbound calls, or through email depending upon
the customer requirements. This role facilitates the return of leased assets
and supports inventory management.

Job Responsibilities  

  • Deliver the highest level of Customer Service daily
  • Execute data integrity within the company’s CRM (Salesforce)
  • Interface with multiple business units
  • Track, trace, document and arrange retrieval of assets
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of products to
    improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and coordinate solutions for
    customers
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately
    notating systems of actions taken
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relations with both
    internal and external customers
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations
  • Other tasks as assigned      

Qualifications  

  • Outbound calling, or customer outreach experience
  • Customer focus and service oriented
  • Associates Degree preferred; but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, public relations, and oral presentation skills
  • Well organized and driven to achieve goals
  • Strong computer skills or CRM experience         

Work Environment

  • No
    relocation and no travel
  • Monday-Friday work week
  • Part-Time; 25 Hours per week; 9:00AM-2:00PM ET
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity and a quiet workspace, free of distractions
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a part-time basis
