We are seeking for a service oriented individual as a Desktop Support Engineer to work in a global bank located in Sydney to provide support and trouble shooting in-house software, Desktop hardware peripherals, networking, audio visual, VOIP and Data Centre infrastructure issues:
- Windows 7/10
- MS Office 2010 – 2016 and custom applications
- Outlook Exchange 2010 – 2016
- Lync / Skype for Business 2010 – 2016
- Thin Client / Virtual Machine environment
- Banking / Finance experience preferred
- Trade Floor experience preferred
- Printers and other peripherals
- Smart device support
- VOIP and Telephony
- Audio Visual support
- Active Directory
- ServiceNow
- Data Centre
Key responsibilities
- Provide great customer service
- Resolve technical issues and escalate when required
- Manage Desktop tickets
- Deploy desktops, laptops and peripheral devices
- Banking / Finance background preferred
- Data Centre knowledge encouraged
