Job Description:

Emerge is actively recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Financial Advisor Assistant with our fantastic financial advisory services firm!

 

Summary: To work closely and assist a Financial Advisor (FA) with providing wealth management services to firm clients as directed by management by performing the following duties:

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Client Experience

    1. Enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support
    2. Prepare FA for upcoming client meetings
    3. Document meeting discussion, prepare client notes, update CRM, execute action items created by FA
    4. Monitor FA schedule and ensure client meetings are scheduled according to the FA service model
    5. Work with Operations Department to ensure client requests are satisfied

Financial Advisor Support

    1. Responding to client questions and requests
    2. Be a supportive part of the client service process

Remain current on firm business tools

Education/Experience/Credential:
