We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) with Strategy and Planning
experience for our Fortune 100 Technology client to be part of their Customer
Experience Renewals Team. This exciting opportunity will help shape how our
client uses data to educate their stakeholders across multiple regional touch
points. You will function as a data forecasting
analyst to create a sustainable method for managing reports and linking them to
strategic planning. You will conduct research, data analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the management team to support business decision-making,
strategy, and operations. You will participate in data improvement planning, team
communications, and support training to
help improve processing around data management and program improvements.

Job Responsibilities
- Data Modeling – develop forward views of program conditions
to inform management team activities across all regions - Communicate with peers inside and outside the department
exchanging ideas or gathering information around program data - Perform analysis on moderately complex data models selecting
from various reports and data options - Learn to interpret and analyze department data
and provide feedback on what is evident in the data - Review data trends to develop commentary/stories
of findings - Attend strategy meetings, document feedback from
attendees, connect the dots, and be able to provide solid feedback for future
meetings - Understand business needs, develop new reports, and perform
custom/ad-hoc reporting while working independently - Present data findings to various audiences with the ability
to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and articulate findings in a
PowerPoint presentation with commentary
Qualifications
- Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of renewals contracts experience within the Tech
industry - Have knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches,
and tactics around data management - Full understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if
modeling and how different factors affect business outcomes - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet
objectives and deadlines - Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity
- Presentation and PowerPoint skills a MUST
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar
software - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and
multi-tasking skills - Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
