We are seeking a Secure
Endpoint Security Technical Solutions Architect for our Fortune 100 technology
firm. In this role, you will be part of
an elite technical team responsible for driving the success of our client’s
security solutions. In this consultative
technical role, you will support the Security Operations sales team working
with existing customers and leading all customer engagement including educating
new features and running informative workshops to help customers understand how
our client’s products will improve their business. You will need to focus on new and existing
customers to include upselling existing products as well as the entire security
portfolio.
We are only seeking candidates who reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
Job Responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate, and
architect solutions to tackle the cyber security needs of influential companies - Sustain the secure Endpoint,
secure email, and cloud lines of business - Serve as the main renewal
technical and product advisor on security solutions for the renewals team and
prospective customers - Develop a detailed approach to
engage targeted renewal customers that includes workshops and webinars and use
to scale - Deliver technical product
presentations with the renewals team via web conferencing or in the field - Work with the product management
team and act as a liaison to accounts with technical product requirements and
provide customer feedback to enable continuous improvement - Assist with potential up sell and
cross-sell opportunities - Effectively interact with
internal engineering teams to scope out and provide solutions to sophisticated
technical issues for highly visible account opportunities - Provide timely customer
communications and extraordinary customer service - Travel throughout the region to
visit customers
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Computer
Science/Information Systems or equivalent - 7+ years of technical experience
in a support or sales engineer, network operations support, email
administration, and/or Endpoint security - 3 years of enterprise pre-sales
experience working directly with network, email, Endpoint, or cloud security
products in a customer-facing role - 5 years of high-end technical
sales experience working with network, email, Endpoint, or cloud security
products; desired but not required - System architect and solution
integration experience of AWS and Azure; desired but not required - Experience selling governance and
compliance solutions, a plus - Strong Endpoint security skills
including real world experience with Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Bluecoat,
Proofpoint, Endpoint security tools as well as appropriate certifications is
desired, but not required - Advanced level network technology
certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCSP, JNCIE, etc.) - Strong familiarity with Cisco
Umbrella - Committed to timely customer
communications and focused on customer service - Strong organization skills and
possess a process-oriented approach to capitalize on market opportunity - Proficient understanding of LAN
and WAN networking protocols and technologies, including switching, routing,
and security - Solid understanding of Endpoint
security and how it impacts customer’s business operation - Love and passion for helping
customers and delivering satisfaction even when faced with difficult customers - A positive demeanor and friendly,
outgoing personality - Strong written and email
etiquette skills - Strong oral communication skills,
including the ability to convey technical information in user-friendly language - Ability to prioritize and work
responsibly with or without direct supervision - Possess a ‘start-up’ mentality
and ability to focus to get things done
