– 主な責務

– オフプレミス・チャネルの管理:CVS、スーパーマーケット、EC、その他に焦点を当てる
– パートナーとの取引条件の交渉:数量目標、リベート、価格変更など
– ビジネスプランの策定:ビジネスを成長させ、パートナーと共有/連携するための重要なレバーを特定する
– 担当チャネルのリスクと機会を予測する
– 計画実行に必要なリソースを確保し、挑戦する:パートナーの組織と投資(損益、貿易マーケティング投資…)
– 貿易マーケティング戦略を実施し、市場ニーズを提案する
– プロモーション計画と予測
– ディストリビューターのパフォーマンスを綿密にフォローアップ:KPIのモニタリング、市場訪問とレポート
– 毎月の業績報告:社内およびパートナーとの報告

– Main responsibilities
The role of the Business Development Manager is to recommend and implement the sales & trade-marketing strategy in Off Premise Channels & for all the brands in the Japanese market.

He/she is a key contributor to the topline growth of the company.
He/she is responsible for building the joint business plan with the Distributor & pilot the excellence in execution.
– Manage Off premise channels: specific focus on CVS/Supermarket /EC & Others.
– Negotiate trade terms with partner: volume targets, rebates, price changes etc.
– Develop the Business plan: identifying the key levers to grow the Business and share/align with the partners.
– Anticipate Risks & opportunities for his/her channels.
– Ensure & challenge the resources needed to execute the plans: partners’ organization & investments (P&L, trade marketing investment…)
– Implement trade marketing strategy and recommend market needs.
– Promotional planning & forecasting
– Close follow up of distributor performance: kpi’s monitoring, market visit & reports.
– Monthly reporting on performance: internal and with partners.


– 3年以上の多国籍FMCG企業(蒸留酒、ハイエンド/プレミアム)または、
– 大卒以上
– 日本語と英語でのプレゼンテーションスキル
– 日本語が母語で、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力 必須
– 結果重視:現実的で柔軟性があり、ビジネスを素早く理解できる。
– 強い組織力:ビジネスプランの準備、提示、フォローアップができる。
– オープンマインドな態度、聞き上手、意欲と情熱を持って自発的に行動できる。
– 多文化の違いや類似性を活用し、人々を魅了する能力
– 市場、カテゴリーに関する知識
– オフプレミス・チャネルと顧客に関する知識
– Eコマースビジネスの知識と経験歓迎
– 交渉スキル
– 貿易マーケティングの経験
– 予算計画とモニタリング
– 分析能力
– 社内、パートナー、代理店、顧客を説得する能力
– 戦略的ビジョンとマーケティングの理解
– 3 to 10 years relevant experience in Sales, Key account Management, trade marketing ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company (spirits, high-end/premium) or classical CBU such as beverage, foods;
– University Degree
– Presentation skill both in Japanese & English
– English Business level required
