職務概要：
大規模な製品の実装を行い、Fit & Gap、インターフェース統合、アプリケーション構成、インターフェーステスト、ユーザー受入テストなどのアクティビティを管理することが主な業務と
– 顧客、サービスデリバリーチーム、他のサブコントラクター企業やグループと交流し、調整する
– 製品導入を成功させるための導入計画の策定と管理
– プロジェクトに関連する問題について、同社とお客様とのコミュニケーション窓口として活動する
– 顧客および社内管理者への定期的な報告書の送付
– プロジェクトのマイルストーン、成果物、その他の詳細を追跡する
– チームメンバーやステークホルダーに対して、プロジェクトの期待事項をタイムリーかつ明確に効果的に伝える
– プロジェクト範囲の変更を積極的に管理し、潜在的な危機を特定し、コンティンジェンシー・プランを考案する
– プロジェクトの成功に不可欠なビジネス関係を構築し、発展させ、成長させる
– 社内外のシニアマネジメントのレビューにプロジェクトチームを代表する
– 効果的な実装管理のための製品およびドメインに関する理解の促進
– 上記業務に関連し、当社から適宜指示されるその他の関連業務
We are looking for a PHP developer with strong bilingual (Japanese and English) skills and with experience in building enterprise (preferably Micro service architecture) applications using PHP (Laravel, Phalcon, etc).
Responsibilities: The work involves implementation of a large product- Managing the activities like Fit&Gap, Interface Integrations, Application Configuration, Interface Testing and User Acceptance Testing is the main focus. Below are in that context.
– Interact and co-ordinate with Customer, our Service Delivery team, other subcontractors and groups.
– Formulate and manage the implementation plan to achieve the success of the product implementation
– Act as the communication window between the company and customers on issues related to the project.
– Send out the periodic reports to customers and internal management
– Track project milestones, deliverables and other details.
– Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
– Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
– Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
– Represent our project team in the internal and external senior management reviews
– Develop understanding of the product and the domain for effective implementation management
– Any other relevant tasks in relation to the above as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
要件
必須要件：
– 6年以上の大規模なITシステム（できれば旅行やクルーズ関連）の管理・提供経験
– 開発経験 PHPフレームワーク：Laravel, Phalconなど
– サーバーOS：Linux ・DB：MySQL、PostgreSQLなど
– クラウド：AWS ・ソースコード：Git／SVN
– その他 ・Kubernetes／gRPC／Docker
– 大規模な顧客に対する製品導入に携わった経験をお持ちの方
– 日本の顧客やオフショアデリバリーチームとのプロジェクトマネジメント支援の実績をお持ちの方
– 日本語が堪能であること（日本語能力試験N1またはN2） 、英語力がある方（TOEIC 850点以上）
– エクセル、マイクロソフトプロジェクト、JIRA、Confluenceなどのプロジェクト管理ツールに精通している方
– チームや顧客と積極的に交流できる能力
– 日本での有効な労働許可証と在留カードをお持ちの方
– 現在日本在住で、東京オフィスでの対面面接が可能な方
Mandatory Requirements:
– Hold valid Japan work permit and Japan residence card
– Development ・PHP Framework：Laravel, Phalcon, etc.
– Server OS：Linux ・DB：MySQL、PostgreSQL, etc.
– Cloud：AWS ・Source Code：Git／SVN
– Others ・Kubernetes／gRPC／Docker
– Currently reside in Japan and can have face to face interviews at Tokyo Office
– Minimum of 6-8 year experience in managing and delivering large scale IT systems, preferably travel and cruise related.
– Background in dealing with product implementations for large customers
– A proven, successful track record of project management support working with Japanese customers and offshore delivery teams
– Proficient in the project management tools like excel, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence etc.
– Strong command of Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2)
– Good command of English (TOEIC 850 or above)
– Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively
