New Opening (additional position) working in the user support team at a major global financial institution/Global IT company.
We are looking for candidate who has decent IT support experience and customer service skills.
And someone who is willing to both work onsite and who’s time is flexible enough to work different shifts (8:00 – 17:00 or 9:00 – 18:00 or 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00).
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
– Provide on-site technical support for desktop PCs – both software and hardware
– Physically set up computers and software system installation
– Perform basic hardware moves and changes
– Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system
– Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the customer
– Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and expected delays.
– Provide other IT-related support as required by the business
– Update and manage inventory on new incoming
hardware order
– Communicate with vendors for incoming hardware
orders and repairs

– オンサイトでのデスクトップPCに関するテクニカルサポート-ソフトウェア及びハードウェアサポート
– PCセットアップ、ソフトウェアのインストール
– ハードウェアの移動及び変更
– インシデント及びリクエストのチケットシステムへの入力、管理
– 顧客への影響を考慮し、必要情報を入手してタイムリーに問題解決を行う
– 現状、重要な問題点、予想される遅れ等を積極的に報告する
– その他IT関連全般のサポート
– ハードウェアの新規リクエストに対する在庫の更新と管理
– ハードウェアの注文や修理に関するベンダーとのコミュニケーション
要件
– Hold valid Japan work permit and Japan residence card

Holidays are Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays + Paid holidays
Initial 1 year contract (With conversion to perm generally a year later if everything is working out)
