Job Summary: The Rollout Manager (RM) is responsible for
helping our global marking client (GHQ located in Japan) to have a strong
alignment with regional marketing disciplines (RHQ function) over global car
image production called Global Configurator Program, a product which helps
customers to explore, design and customize their own vehicle online and gives
an overview of valuable information before purchasing a car.

RM manages the regions of Asia and ASEAN for the rollout of vehicles 3D assets
for the Global Configurator Program. Plans and assists with coordinating
vehicle production schedules and costs for ASEAN regions. Ensures markets’
feedback is communicated to production teams and collaborates with digital
interactive teams to ensure data and requirements alignment between markets and
production. Works closely with Global team in Japan to ensure the successful
deployment of Configurator assets to the customers’ websites. Manages complex
sets of requirements for multiple vehicles for all relevant markets and ensures
markets are always up-to-date with schedules, delays, information requests and
costs. Can manage a complex set of schedules and deliveries and coordinate
smoothly. Manages the escalation of production, post-production assets as well
as deployment issues, and ensures they are addressed in a timely manner.
Investigates the root causes of issues, reports them to and brings together all
the relevant stakeholders to resolve quickly.
