職務内容:車載MCU(Mixed Signal)製品のアナログ設計業務
– 製品の仕様検討/決定、および仕様書などの作成業務
– 搭載IPの検討/決定
– 製品およびIPのアナログ設計/検証業務

採用の背景：
E/E化が進み、セントラル部では、高速処理が必要なMCU/SOCが要求され、アクチュエータ部では、低消費電力/小ＰＫＧの要求が強く、2極化している。
アクチュエータ部のBLDC制御などでは、モータの近くで、かつ狭スペースに配置されることから、できるだけ小さな基板で実現したいとの要求がある。
これまで、単体ＭＣＵでは、少pin/小PKGの製品をラインナップし対応していたが、基板上には、MCU以外にも、FETやプリドライバ、電源ＩＣなどのアナログ部品も実装するため、面積縮小およびコスト削減が困難であった。
今後は、少Pin/小PKGのMCUに、電源ＩＣなどのアナログ回路を内蔵し1チップ化したMixed Signal製品(モノリシックプロセス採用)を開発し、シェア拡大をはかります。そのためのアナログ設計者が必要と考えています。
大規模SOCと異なり、小さい規模のチップとなるため、チップ全体が理解可能で、"自分が設計したチップ"という意識が高く持てる製品を一緒に開発しましょう。
As E/E progresses, low power consumption and small PKG are required in the actuator section.
In BLDC control of the actuator part, since it is placed near the motor and in a narrow space, there is a requirement to realize it with as small a substrate as possible.
Until now, a lineup of low-pin/low-PKG products had been available for stand-alone MCUs, but since analog components such as FETs,pre-drivers, and power ICs were mounted on the board in addition to the MCU, it was difficult to reduce the area and cost.
In the future, we will develop mixed signal products (using a monolithic process) that incorporate analog circuits such as power supply ICs into MCUs, and will expand our market share. We believe that analog designers are needed for this purpose.
Unlike a large-scale SOC, it is a small-scale chip, so let's develop a product together that can understand the entire chip and have a high awareness of "the chip I designed".

Requirements
– アナログ製品の回路設計(設計/検証)の経験者 または デジタル製品の論理設計(設計/検証)の経験者
– 指示待ちにならない方
– アナログ製品または、デジタル製品開発リーダー業務の経験者、尚可
英語：読み書きができる（ビジネスレベル以上）、日本語：日常会話ができる(JLPT N3以上)
– Experience in circuit design (design/verification) of analog products
or
– Experience in logical design (design/verification) of digital products
– Those who do not wait for instructions
– Nice to have: Experience in analog product development or digital product development leader
More than business level in English (read and write) and Daily Conversational level in Japanese
