Overview
Emerge is seeking a highly skilled Data Delivery Specialist to participate with our Strategy and Planning team. This role is within
the Cybersecurity space providing support the Customer Experience organization
that manages the Security Software Renewals Specialist teams.
This role requires a strategic problem solver who
specializes in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have an expertise
in analyzing intricate datasets, modeling data, have superior PowerPoint
development skill allowing them to showcase findings in a graphical way that
can tell a visual story. This candidate will lean on the inner workings of the
program by taking part in the security software renewals process. Once they
understand the nuances of sales operations and the process of the program, they
will become better equipped with driving Strategy and Planning for the
organization. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in strategy and
planning and project management to effectively help drive business outcomes and
foster accountability across teams.
Job Responsibilities
Planning Role
understand and support the sales function in achieving strategic objectives.
· Analyze multifaceted Sales pipeline datasets to
extract valuable insights, offering actionable recommendations to drive
business decisions.
· Develop and deliver high-impact presentations
tailored for executive leadership, incorporating strategic insights derived
from complex data analysis.
· Collaborate extensively across departments and
stakeholders to foster accountability, driving alignment towards achieving
business goals.
· Support strategic initiatives including Sales
Forecasting, At-risk deal reviews, Sales De-Risk initiatives, Exec Sponsorship
Programs etc
· Utilize prior strategy and planning experience
to contribute innovative ideas and solutions for business growth.

· Preferred background in strategy and planning,
along with consulting experience.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and
interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in PowerPoint.

Salary range is $80,000 – $85,000 plus benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
