Communications and Reporting Coordinator – EMEAR

We are seeking a Communications and Reporting
Coordinator in Portugal, to effectively support a Co-Sell program in the cloud computing
platforms space for our Fortune 50 technology client. The Communications and
Reporting Coordinator will assist our Sales Support Representatives in sales growth
targets for EMEAR through a partner alliance relationship. The Ideal Candidate
will be a fast learner to become familiar with reporting and communication best
practices, be a master at coordination to be able to manage multiple projects and
requests at once, and provide support to the extended team.  
 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Match Account Manager with account (Customer) names through
    various sales tools.
  • Own and manage key pipeline and data repositories for the
    team and the customer.
  • Build best practice and win stories content around Co-Selling
    and transacting via Marketplace with the Hyperscalers.
  • Engage and align with regional teams on metrics and reporting
    practices.
  • Create slide decks, newsletters and other communication
    materials for internal and external distribution.
  • Support in creating stakeholder engagements maps for the
    various Hyperscalers.
  • Develop and send out reporting data internally and within the
    customer.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support/communications/admin.
  • Ability to communicate information in a succinct and
    understandable manner.
  • Self-starter, motivated, disciplined, and organized
    individual.
  • Strong communication skills, active listener, ability to
    synthesize high level information.
  • Strong creative skills and experience building communication
    materials (slide decks, newsletters, email updates, etc.)
  • Experience managing excel spreadsheets and data management.
  • Ability to communicate strategy and concepts.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing and multi-tasking skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Demonstrated take-charge attitude.

Work Environment

  • No Relocation
  • No Travel
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Portugal on a full-time basis.
