Job Description:

Business Description Sales of electronic devices and all related business
Automotive electronic devices (power semiconductors, sensors, microcomputers, etc.)

Understands the customer profile (structure, organization, strategy, finance, semiconductor consumption, etc.), provides with all relevant information, keeps the customer's contacts database up to date..


 Business Opportunity Development
Identify, evaluate, and manage business opportunities Coordinate necessary resources (field
application engineers) to coordinate.
Negotiate all contractual issues and quotes with customers.
 PLANNING: Develop and regularly monitor customer bottom-up sales plans (budgets).
Monitor on a regular basis. Conduct monthly reviews with all organizational stakeholders.
/ Monitor and ensure fulfillment of all action items (design-in, booking, billing, service, quality issues),
billing, service, and quality issues). Provide necessary input.
Update SPT content on a regular basis (V-IST, rolling forecast),
Agree with segment/department management.
 Native Japanese speaker
 English Language Proficiency (TOEIC 650+) / Business English Skills
(Email / Manual reading / Conversation / Telephone Conversation / Conference call)
 Semiconductor sales experience (more than 3 years)
 Automotive sales experience (3+ years) / Automotive experience (3+ years)
 Basic semiconductor knowledge 
 PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
 Team worker / Team spirit
 Logical thinking skills
 Experience studying and working abroad
Educational background/qualifications College of technology/university graduate or above
