Our client is seeking a Junior Chief of Staff to support
the work of their Chief Executive Officer and leadership team in their office,
in New York City.
The Junior Chief of Staff will be a
key extension of the CEO and be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, the ability to handle
confidential information with discretion, and a strong sense of
professionalism. The Junior Chief of
Staff will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of executive
operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Basic Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Experience in people operations strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial Management; broad experience in cross-team
functionality and project management a plus - Demonstrated experience in implementing and executing standardized
business processes - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and understanding of the importance of maintaining
confidentiality - Professional and polished demeanor

Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, arranging
travel, and data entry & analysis - Take on leadership of individual projects and initiatives, at the
direction of the CEO, ranging from new products & features to
improvements or examinations of existing tools & processes - Provide a point of contact and be connective tissue across the
multitude of teams growing within the org - Be an exceptional teammate and partner to colleagues across
departments - Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost
discretion and professionalism. - Represent the executives and the organization with a positive and
courteous demeanor in all interactions - Handle general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, managing
office equipment, and coordinating office maintenance

Environment
· Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a
full-time basis
· Monday – Friday work schedule, in office
· Salary range is $70,000 – $80,000
