Position Summary Account Sales responsibility to Japanese major customers to drive business

Account Sales for Key Accounts
– Account Management of Key Accounts
– Drive & Manage Demand Creation Activity with Marketing, Engineer, and
Headquarter to achieve Design Win and Revenue Target
– Make Account Plan with Global Account Manager to execute the plan to maximize the revenue of the products
– Relationship Building with customer stake holders and management it for our Future business
– Account management: Drive customer/distributor to achieve aligned
Target of Design Win and Revenue as of Account Sales, also Demand Fulfillment management
– If customer is Global basis Japanese customer, then will work with other region to achieve Target
– Responsibility: Take responsibility as of Account Sales
-Reporting Sales activities on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly meetings
Sales (Marketing and Sales Promotion) of semiconductor products
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following
Sales promotion of semiconductor wireless and micro controller products (automotive, AV equipment, home appliances, etc.)
Sales and Sales Promotion -Report Sales activities on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly meetings
Sales and sales promotion
Conducting and supporting sales activities through sales companies
Price and contract negotiation
PSI management
Pre configuration management
Response to customer requests
Feedback to related departments within the company
Regular meetings with customers' purchasing and technical departments, etc.


Required Experience
– Japanese language skills (native level communication skills required)
– English language skills (TOEIC 700 or above) / Business English skill
(Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference)
– 3+ years of semiconductor product sales, marketing, FAE experience (including customer negotiation)
– PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
– Good team spirit
– Logical thinking skill based on fact
– Knowledge of Wireless
– Knowledge of microcontrollers
– Experience in semiconductor technical support and development is welcome
– Study abroad experience, Working abroad experience
Education/Qualifications College/University graduate or higher

Conditions of Employment
Employment Type Full-time (Staff Specialist)
Annual salary 7.5 – 10 million yen (including annual base salary + bonus) *Previous salary and experience considered
Location Tokyo (Head office in Shibuya)
Working hours 9:00 – 17:30 (Flexible working hours available) Telecommuting system available
Overtime and business travel Fixed overtime pay system (equivalent to 40 hours per month as fixed overtime pay *Excess pay available.
(Fixed overtime pay is not applicable for management positions.)
Average 30 hours/month, overseas business trip (about twice a year), domestic business trip (about once a week)
Salary increase once a year (subject to assessment)
