• Coordinating with Technology Deployment leads on windows 10 and allocating machines using Inventox.
• Manage all stages of the project life cycle : Planning, implementation and closure. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Coordinating with applications owners and testers for application readiness and compatibility with Win10
• Follow up with department SPOC for the migration process and providing necessary information.
• Managing Daily BAU of operations and tracking.
• Strong knowledge about tools like Tableau, Inventox etc.
• Project coordination / Management experience specifically on IT infrastructure.
• Device processes and workflow to streamline project dept.
• Provide firm-wide desktop operations services.

Requirements

• Capable of intermediate to complex desktop installation, configuration,
  support and troubleshooting services in the Wintel environment.
• Wintel PC configuration, administration and break fix repairs to
  component level.
• Both technically skilled and capable for the types of technical work and
  demands and is expected to display the people skills required to provide
  IT-related help and guidance to users.
•  Ideally, they would be qualified to MCP or MCSE level
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
