This is an SRE Engineer (Platform) position at a leading crypto asset/blockchain company.
They are looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in software development and operation of high traffic services (.NET or Azure).
As part of the SRE Platform Team for the company's 24/365 mission-critical services, you will maintain and improve the performance as well as availability of the service, develop the monitoring environment, Developer Experience/Operational Excellence.
The company's SRE department has seven members, including the director.
The platform team recruiting this time has four members (Japanese and foreign nationals).
The team members come from industries such as finance, games and SI.
Daily communication is conducted in English mainly.
Job summary:.
– Design, implementation and operation of infrastructure for providing various services.
– Maintain and improve the performance and availability of the services / Establish monitoring environment, develop tools.
– Establish a system for detecting service failures, and design responses and preventive measures in the event of failures.
– Promote containerisation / microservices of applications
– Build/maintain CI/CD environment, deploy operations
– Development/maintenance of tools to automate various operations
– Automation of infrastructure creation
– Performance analysis and tuning of SQL queries
– Fostering an SRE culture and deploying it in the development organisation.

Requirements

– Experience in handling outages
– NET (.NET Framework/.NET core) or application development and operation using Azure
– Fluent in English (Nice to have, Japanese N2: business level or above).
– Valid working Visa in Japan
Any of the following:.
– Experience in RDB performance analysis and tuning
– Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD
– Experience in achieving performance such as service latency and throughput
– Experience in Infrastructure as Code practices
– Experience in multi-threaded development and performance tuning
Welcomed Skills/Experience :
– SRE experience in 24/365 mission critical services
– Development or SRE experience in large scale services
– Experience in SLO/SLI implementation
– Experience in SQL Server performance tuning
– Experience in building and operating observable environments
– Experience in building and operating infrastructure with Kubernetes
– Track record of acting as an incident handler in response to outages, taking responsibility and maintaining responsibility until convergence

Benefits
想定給与 : 700万円~1000万円 ※経験・能力に応じ優遇
年俸制（年俸の 12 分の 1 を毎月支給）＋パフォーマンスボーナスあり
