Overview

Emerge is hiring!!! HOT JOB!!! IMMEDIATE NEEDS in Allentown, PA. We are seeking to hire several candidates for a new role as a Video Processor. 

As a Video Processor you will play a crucial role in identifying motorists who illegally pass stopped school vehicles, posing a danger to young children. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reviewing large volumes of online videos and compiling evidence packages and confirming the details. Team members are responsible for documenting all video evidence in the proper formats for presentation to law enforcement. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to understand and interpret various state laws and regulations concerning school transportation safety. The candidate should be technologically proficient, with experience in video reviewing and editing.  

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Review videos to identify motorists who illegally pass stopped school vehicles to determine if a violation of the law has occurred
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills and the ability to learn automated tasks related to video review and processing
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics/KPIs while creating accurate and high-quality evidence packets, adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Process confidential data and information within a secure database
  • Recommend process improvements to maintain and enhance quality results
  • Understand and interpret the differences in school transportation laws and regulations across various jurisdictions where our client operates
  • Assist the Processor Team Lead with team goals, projects and support the cross-training efforts to manage departmental workloads
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and provide constructive feedback 
  • Treat all colleagues and leadership with respect, dignity, and sensitivity to cultural diversity
  • Maintain transparency and fairness in all interactions with colleagues and leadership

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated intermediate level (or above) proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (MS Office, Excel, and Word)
  • Proficiency with technology (navigating cloud- based resources, IT software, and internet platforms (such as instant messenger chats, group poster boards, SharePoint)
  • Superior level of attention to detail and proficiency reviewing and editing online video content
  • Ability to perform repetitive work (meet hourly quotas of video reviewing/evidence packet creation)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities (critical thinking and problem-solving skills)
  • Adaptability and Flexibility, ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skillset
  • Experience learning and /or using the following resources (ADP –payroll/ timekeeping; Teams – Internal Messenger for team communication)
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and the desire to work as a self-motivated team player
  • Have a home office and quite space to work in and ability to go into office as needed 

 

Work Environment

  • Hybrid; work from home and days in office in Allentown, PA
  • Monday-Friday work week and must work Eastern US office hours
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis
  • Pay is $20.00/ hour
