We are seeking a Virtual Sales Support Associate
(VSSA) to effectively drive the Co-Sell motion within an Ecosystem Partner
Channel.  The VSSA will assist our
Business Development Manager teams in the acceleration and delivery of ecosystem
channel partner revenue.  This will
include uniting and coordinating the relationship between Account Managers from
major companies and aligning them to various business opportunities.  The ideal candidate will be a fast learner to
become familiar with co-sell best practices, able to build and sustain strong
relationships, and have a mastery of coordination and follow-up support. 

Job Responsibilities

·        Review new opportunity creation and implement/notate within
various digital co-sell tools

·        Identify owning Account Managers/Sales teams for each
opportunity, and support (SFDC) pipeline alignment

·        Outreach to Account Managers/Sales team notifying them of
co-sell opportunity

·        Update digital co-sell platform with account progress deal

·        Facilitate co-sell team meeting to kick start joint account

·        Monitor progress of deal, aligning Account Managers to tasks
and assignments

·        Align SFDC co-sell pipeline with digital co-sell, uploading
new identified opportunities and aligning all teams

·        Close CRM pipeline with successful opportunities, updated
with Account bookings details

·        Support SFDC integration by devising Account Pipeline Reports
to drive bookings by ranking Co-Sell acceleration opportunities 




·        Typically requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience

·        3+ years of Project Management experience with
CRM proficiency

·        Have sales support experience with networking and
relationship building

·        Good understanding of partner reseller environments and
marketplace ecosystem business models

·        Ability to communicate information in a succinct and
understandable manner

·        Self-starter, motivated, disciplined, and organized

·        Experience with data management

·        Strong communication skills, active listener, ability to
synthesize high level information

·        Ability to communicate strategy and concepts

·        Strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills

·        Enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment

·        Demonstrated, take-charge attitude

Work Environment

·        Remote, working from home and occasional worksite locations

·        Potential for up to 10% travel

·        No Relocation
