職務内容:
マイコン用開発環境製品の、デジタルプロモーションおよび設計支援のための、Webコンテンツ企画・制作・管理。下記業務に関するチームのリーダー業務。
– 半導体（マイコン他）用開発環境製品/サービスのWeb公開
– お客様向けWebコンテンツ企画/制作/運用
– Webコンテンツ開発管理（レビュー、サンプルライティング）
– Webコンテンツ分析/改善
– 社内外の業務パートナーとの協業によるプロモーションおよびUX改善（マーケティング部門、開発部門、インフラ部門、外部協力会社等）

Responsibilities:
Product release, digital promotion, and support on the company's website. As the team leader, perform the following responsibilities:
– Release (upload) products/services which are software and tools for our MCU/MPU/SoC and other devices.
– Planning, creation and maintenance of Web content for design support for customers.
– Technical writing, design drafting, proofreading.
– Web analysis and improvement.
– Collaboration with internal and external business partners for promotion and UX improvement (Internal marketing , development, and web infrastructure departments, as well as external partner companies, etc.)

The results will lead to our mission to accelerate time-to-market of customer's new products and to develop a safer, healthier, greener, and smarter world.
The products and solutions we releases are evolving and increasing every day. We will strengthen our team capabilities to provide timely and effective information service without lagging behind those moves. We will recruit leadership positions for this purpose.
In addition, the popularization of telework has increased the importance of communication through documents and videos. Without conveying non-linguistic information that should be compensated by face-to-face communication, we will entrust you the management of a team that can pursue while going through the improvement cycle how to provide information that enables the other party to act quickly.
Requirements
必須要件：
– ３年以上のチームリーダー経験
– 顧客向け文章作成スキル（日本語・英語）
– 組込み開発環境に関する知識
– Excel等によるデータ分析の実務経験
– 社内外関係者とのコミュニケーションスキル（日本語・英語）
– 母国語レベルの日本語力とビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方 (TOEIC 600以上)
– 母国語レベルの日本語力とビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方 (TOEIC 600以上)
– Webマーケティング、Web制作ディレクション、Webサイト運用の実務経験、尚可
– Webアクセス解析実務経験（Googleアナリティクス, Adobe Analytics etc.) 、尚可
– Webサイトや動画コンテンツの制作経験、尚可
– 組込み開発環境の使用経験、尚可
– BtoBサイトでの実務経験、尚可
Required Skills and Work Experience:
– More than 3 years of Team Leader Experience
– Skills in writing documents for customers (Japanese and English)
– Knowledge of embedded system development environment
– Practical experience in analyzing data by Excel, etc.
– Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders (in Japanese and English)
WANT
– Practical experience digital marketing, Web creation direction, and/or website operation
– Experience in Web access analysis (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.)
– Experience in producing company's websites
– Experience in producing video content
– Experience in using embedded system development tools and software
– Experience working with B to B marketing websites
– Native level in Japanese and more than business level in English (TOEIC score 600)

想定年収：6-7M 現年収、経験・スキルを考慮の上優遇
