Job Responsibilities:
- Define yearly goals and estimate market price development to inform local (PUR) Management about planned strategy and main areas of activities and to supply basic data for plant planning and reporting.
- Contact and price negotiations for medium to large volumes to contribute to the profitability of the company.
- Definition of procurement strategies to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of products/services
- Implementation of alternative procurement sources to minimize stock times, inventory levels and costs
- Regular contacts with interface partners to recognize developments (in market, demand, etc.) and exert influence accordingly
- Reporting of results monthly/quarterly to control the measurable activities against the planned figures
- Monitoring of the national and international market to bring new suppliers, product derivatives and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio
- Analysis and controlling of contractual agreements to prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies
- Supplier Management to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain (incl. minimizing of purchasing risks)
- Interdisciplinary working group/project work to inform oneself, exert influence and optimize internal processes and procedures
Requirements
- 日本語語学力(ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション力必須) Native Japanese Speaker with excellent communication skill
- 英語語学力(TOEIC700以上) / Business English skill (Email/Reading/Writing/Conversation)
- PC スキル:Excel(関数、VLOOKUP), PowerPoint(レポーティング)、Outlook
- チームワーカー / Good team spirit
- Logical thinking skill based on fact
- 生産管理 又は 購買 又は 調達 又は 営業3-5年以上の経験
- サプライヤーマネジメント 又は カスタマーサポート経験(B to B)
- Experience on working for semiconductor industry
